TLP Realty Advisors is an appraisal and consulting firm that specializes in the appraisal and investment analysis of all types of multifamily and mixed use residential/commercial complexes.  Property types include but are not limited to the following: Conventional / Agency (Fannie/Freddie – DUS and SBL); Mixed-Use (Residential over Commercial); Live-Work; Income Restricted HUD (Department of Housing and Urban Development) / HAP Contract (Housing Assistance Payments) / MAP (Multifamily Accelerated Processing) / LIHTC (Low Income Housing Tax Credits) / CDLAC (California Debit Limit allocation Committee) /Multifamily Revenue Bonds; Age Restricted; Age and Income Restricted; Student Housing; SRO (Single Room Occupancy); and Vacant Land.
